Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:
The right to access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will respond within 30 days, free of charge.
The right to rectification
If any information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct it.
The right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”)
In certain circumstances, you can ask us to delete your personal data. This applies where the data is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, or the data has been unlawfully processed.

You can ask us to pause how we use your data — for example, while you contest its accuracy or object to us using it.
The right to data portability
Where we process your data based on your consent or a contract, you can request that we provide it to you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
The right to object
You have the right to object to us processing your data where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis. You can also object at any time to your data being used for direct marketing, including profiling related to marketing.
The right to withdraw consent
Where we rely on your consent to process your data (for example, for our mailing list), you can withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew consent.
Rights related to automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or significant effects on individuals.

We will respond to all requests within 30 days. In complex cases we may extend this by a further two months, but we will let you know if this is the case.
We will not charge a fee for handling your request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
