3. ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
Cancellation Policy
• Full refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before check-in
• Within 48 hours: non-refundable
• No-shows: full charge applies
Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:30 AM
Late Check-Out
• Late check-out may be available upon request
• Unauthorised late check-out may result in a charge of £20 per hour or part thereof
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation for misconduct or breach of these terms.

4. QR CODE ORDERS
Payment
Payment is taken at time of order.
Alcohol Policy
• Strictly 18+ only
• Challenge 25 applies
• Valid ID must be shown on request
No Refund (Age Verification)
If alcohol is ordered without valid ID:
• We may refuse service
• No refund will be given
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet legal age requirements before ordering.

10. ACCOMMODATION HOUSE RULES
Noise
Rooms are located above a pub, and some noise may occur.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused. Charges may apply.
Smoking
Strictly no smoking in rooms. Charges apply if breached.
Pet Policy
• Pets are not permitted in accommodation rooms
• We are a pet-friendly pub, and well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated pub areas
Behaviour
Zero tolerance for:
• Anti-social behaviour
• Excessive intoxication
• Illegal activity
Guests may be removed without refund.
Occupancy
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Keys
Lost or unreturned keys will incur a £20 replacement charge.
Late Check-Out (Enforcement)
Late check-out without agreement may result in a charge of £20 per hour or part thereof.
Lost Property
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse entry or accommodation.
